She married a muslim cleric Mufti Anas Saiyed in 2020 and welcomed her first child with him in 2023. She recently appeared in Rubina Dilaik's show, Kisine Bataya Nahi. She spoke about her pregnancy journey and shared things about her baby.

Sana could not understand how she took the backless stage in her life and Rubina was seen consoling her as she cried.


Rubina praised her for taking the spiritual path in the early stages of her life and inspiring many people to do so. Sana Khan further spoke about how she was never happy before despite her success. She said that even though she brought a new car, she was not happy.
